We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions about our research peptides and compounds, including our 7x testing standard, COAs, payment methods, and shipping policies. Please read carefully before purchasing, as all returns and refunds are at the discretion of Zenergy and all products are intended strictly for scientific use.
What are your products used for?
All products sold by Zenergy are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are intended to be handled by qualified researchers and scientists in controlled environments. Our products are not for human consumption, animal use, bodily introduction, or therapeutic application.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Zenergy. Because our products are sensitive research-use-only materials, we maintain a strict chain of custody and can’t accept automatic returns once a product has left our facility. If you have a concern about your order, contact our team at support@zenergypeps.com and we’ll review it. We ask that all researchers review their cart and research requirements carefully before completing a purchase. Please visit our refund and return policy page for more details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments. Please contact us with inquiries about further payment options.
My order arrived damaged or missing an item. What do I do?
If your order was lost, damaged or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Zenergy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If there is an error on our end with fulfillment, please contact us at support@zenergypeps.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the items you received. Our team will review it, and any replacement, store credit, or refund is at the discretion of Zenergy.
Are your products tested for purity?
Yes. Quality and purity are our top priorities. Every product is 7X tested. Occasionally, a 3X test is posted first so results are available sooner. Each research compound’s product page displays its most recent Certificate of Analysis. Our complete COA library is available on our Test Results page.
Where do orders ship from?
Every order ships from our warehouse in Albany, Georgia, and we ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are delivered to the carrier the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Zenergy strictly ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, receipt, and possession of research chemicals are fully compliant with your local and state regulations before placing an order.
What should I do if I have questions before ordering?
